DO I HAVE TO SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING`
For total peace of mind, we provide FREE UK shipping on orders regardless of their order value.
You will receive a notification from us when we are about to ship your order which if over £100, will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (FREE UK DELIVERY) which is a tracked service. We deliver throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas and you will be notified once we receive your order if your postal address applies to these restrictions.
Jewellery under £100 is despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 signed for service, and delivery is FREE of CHARGE. Any order over £100 is despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery and again delivery is FREE of CHARGE.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our Trovesse Shopify store to say that your order has been received and your payment has been successful. When your item is ready for despatch, we will email you again with a Royal Mail Tracking Reference where you will be able to track and trace your delivery.
DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
Your order will require a signature upon delivery if your delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is not required for Royal Mail 24 or 48.

I HAVE OPENED MY JEWELLERY AND NOTICED THERE IS A PINK PLASTIC TAG ATTACHED TO MY JEWELLERY, WHAT IS THIS?
Sadly in the past, a minority of customers have thought it acceptable to order from us, wear the item for their special occasion and then try to dishonestly obtain a refund. This is why we now attach a plastic tag to our jewellery. If you are happy with the item, please kindly remove the tag as this will be deemed as you being happy with it. We know when our jewellery has been worn, the signs of strong scent and traces of make-up are visible! Please do not remove the tag until you are happy. In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately without removing the tag. Please see our page on returns as we only accept authorised returns (you need to contact us first, prior to sending).
YOU SEEM TO HAVE JEWELLERY FOR ALL SEASONS ON YOUR WEBSITE
Although we have new collections constantly evolving on our website, we do tend to retain our most popular items from previous seasons. There really is no such thing as summer or winter colours. Many customers still wear their pinks and turquoises in winter which is why we always try and suggest colour theming for our jewellery.
SOMETIMES I SEE 'SOLD OUT' ON CERTAIN ITEMS, DOES THIS MEAN YOU WILL BE GETTING THIS ITEM BACK IN STOCK?
Yes, if you see an item as SOLD OUT, this means it is only for the short term and as soon as we receive new stock we will update our inventory on our Shopify store. When you see an item disappear from our website, that would mean we are no longer going to stock that item. However, please contact us to see if we are able to help in any way.
DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
Please see our tips on caring for your Trovesse Jewellery which should help to keep your jewellery in excellent condition. However, we do not offer a repair service. All of our jewellery is hand knotted on nylon silk, so protecting each bead or pearl and secured with a beautiful clasp to strengthen the fastenings.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM TROVESSE?
No, you do not need to create an account and can simply purchase from us as a Guest. However, if you create an account with us, we will be able to e-mail you (providing you give consent) with sales, promotions and our newsletters.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY JEWELLERY AND IT IS DAMAGED?
This is why we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which means it is collected by van and delivered by van. In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
CAN I ARRANGE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes of course as we often receive this question as so many people are at work so don’t want to miss their delivery. Please just enter your different delivery address on our website when you go through the payment process. If you forget to add your alternative delivery address and have already purchased, please contract us as soon as possible where we will try our best and change this for you.

PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE GEMSTONES AND PEARLS THAT YOU USE?
We always use the term gemstones as all stones are precious and not just by half! All of our heart and flower pendant shapes that you find on our 'Supermodel' and 'Uniquely You' collections are EXCLUSIVELY drilled and shaped for Trovesse, so rest assured your item is totally unique and will not be sold anywhere else apart from on our website, or available at one of our stockists. Selina, our pearl and gemstone specialist in Shanghai sources out our finest gems and pearls.
WHAT IS 14KT GOLD FILLED?
As with all fine metals over a period of time, they will tarnish. But we use 14kt gold filled as this has 100 times more gold alloy than gold plated and because of this extra layer of gold, it means it will last a lot longer and doesn't tarnish that easily. All of our pearl earrings are in 14kt gold filled and some of our lampwork earrings are in gold plate.
CAN I OBTAIN A REFUND FOR AN ITEM I PURCHASED IN A SALE OR PROMOTION?
Yes you can, but it needs to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order and with the tag still in place. We do not offer exchanges, so will only provide a refund if you change your mind. Please see conditions for returning jewellery.
WHY DO YOU GIVE YOUR JEWELLERY NAMES?
We loved this question when we received it through our social media! First of all, every single name we give our designs has a significant meaning to someone here at Trovesse. It could be family members, friends, business acquaintances ... yes we have named one of our designs after the lovely Caprice Bourret on our Caprice Necklace when we worked with her back all those years ago in 2010!
